Things to know
Birth certificate, or official extract, or
Australian or foreign passport
Evidence that a previous marriage had ended (death, divorce or annulment)
Proof of ID
If you have any problem getting these documents, please get in touch before we meet, and we can work something out.
The earliest you can get married is one month after submitting a Notice of Intent to Marry.

The law in Australia now allows for same sex marriages.
